How We Work

Controlled scaling.
Data-driven decisions.

We've learned the hard way that speed without structure burns money. Our four-phase approach gives you the data to make decisions before making commitments.

01
Set-Up
Months 0–2

Legal setup, catalog readiness, system integration, fulfillment configuration. Your store goes live, compliant and ready.

02
Testing
Months 2–4

SKU testing, price elasticity, advertising pilots. We find out what works before scaling what doesn't.

03
Pilot
Months 4–9

Scale the winners, fine-tune campaigns, hold the SLAs. Reach break-even with stable, repeatable operations.

04
Roll-Out
Month 9+

Expand categories and countries, automate what's proven, and build for sustainable long-term growth.

Fulfillment & 3PL

Your warehouse network.
Across three continents.

Send us your inventory. We handle everything from that point forward — storage, pick & pack, shipping, and returns — so you can focus on selling, not logistics.

Our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) service is the engine behind every successful marketplace launch. Once your inventory arrives at one of our strategically positioned warehouses, we take full custody — tracking every unit by SKU, managing inbound quality checks, and keeping your stock levels synced in real time across all your sales channels.

Unlike generic logistics providers, our fulfillment is built specifically for ecommerce and marketplace sellers. That means we understand FBA prep requirements, TikTok Shop packaging specs, merchant-fulfilled SLA windows, and the customs nuances of cross-border shipments across the Americas and Europe.

We don't just ship boxes. We protect your seller metrics, your Buy Box, and your customer reviews — because a late shipment or a damaged order isn't just a logistics problem, it's a ranking problem.

Returns processed within 72 hours. We inspect, repack, and reintegrate stock so it's back on sale as fast as possible. Detailed return reporting keeps your inventory records clean and your margins protected.

🚢
Cross-Border & Import/Export

Inbound from any origin. We manage port of entry logistics, customs documentation, import compliance, and onward distribution to our warehouse network — connecting your factory to your customer across three continents.

Fulfillment Modes We Support

We are channel-agnostic. Whether your strategy calls for marketplace-managed fulfillment, your own infrastructure, or a hybrid of both — we configure and operate the right model for each platform and market.

🏪
FBM
Fulfilled by Merchant

You own the inventory, we operate it. Your stock lives in our warehouses — we pick, pack, and ship on your behalf, meeting each platform's merchant-fulfilled SLA. We manage the onboarding, inventory prep, and replenishment cycles to keep your TikTok storefront performing at its best.

  • TikTok Shop seller account setup & onboarding

so you don't have to learn it the hard way

We've seen what works — and what quietly burns margin — on marketplaces across three continents. Here's what you actually get when you work with us.

⚡
Faster Time to Market

Launch in weeks, not months. Our pre-built playbooks and regional expertise eliminate the learning curve that slows most market entry attempts.

Real-time dashboards tracking what matters — ACOS, organic rank, Buy Box share, OOS rate. Not vanity metrics that look good but don't move the needle.

🌎
True Multi-Market Reach

15 cities across the Americas and Europe — Miami, Dallas, Boston, Mexico City, Monterrey, Bogotá, Medellín, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Málaga, Nice, and Koblenz. Teams who understand local platforms, regulations, and consumer behavior.

🤝
Skin in the Game

Our core operations fee is revenue-share based. When your sales grow, ours do too. We're not chasing retainers — we're a partner with aligned incentives.

Commercial Model

Flexible. Transparent.
Built around your success.

We structure our fees to match your stage, your risk appetite, and the depth of our involvement. No surprises, no hidden costs.

01
Set-Up Fee

A one-time fixed fee scoped transparently upfront. Covers market advisory, legal and admin setup, logistics configuration, and full catalog onboarding. You know exactly what you're paying for before signing anything.

02
Store Operations

A revenue-share percentage that varies with the scope of involvement — from basic catalog management to full inventory consignment. Fixed hourly fees available for lighter-touch engagements. Either way, our interest is in your growth.

03
Fulfillment

Volume-based pricing covering storage, pick & pack, negotiated shipping rates (Amazon, UPS, USPS, regional carriers), and reverse logistics. Engineered to protect your margin contribution at every stage.

How to Use Helium 10 for Amazon Market Entry:
A Data-Driven Playbook

Before you commit to a market, a platform, or a catalog — the most important question you can ask is: is there actually a profitable opportunity here for my specific product? Historically, answering that required months of expensive, instinct-led guesswork. Amazon changed that entirely. And Helium 10 is the key that unlocks it.

Step 1 — Keyword & Demand Discovery with Cerebro and Magnet. Start by mapping the language your future customers actually use. Helium 10's Cerebro reverse-engineers a competitor's ASIN to reveal which keywords are genuinely driving their sales. Magnet takes a seed keyword and expands it into a full demand universe — complete with monthly search volumes, competition scores, and trend data. The output isn't a wish list. It's a demand map.

The insight most brands miss: your product name is not your customer's search term. A pillow cover brand may call it a "pillow cover." Their customers search by size, pattern, season, and occasion. Closing that gap is the most valuable thing Helium 10 tells you before you've spent a single dollar.

Step 2 — Market Sizing with Black Box and Xray. Black Box lets you filter Amazon's entire product catalog by category, price range, review count, monthly sales estimates, and more. Run this to understand the revenue concentration, competitive density, and margin pressure in the space you're considering. Xray then validates at the ASIN level — showing estimated units sold, revenue, number of sellers, and Buy Box dynamics for specific products. Together, they replace guesstimate with intelligence.

Step 3 — Competitive Intelligence. Identify 5–10 direct competitors. Study their pricing trajectory, review velocity, advertising formats, and content quality. Where are the gaps? Is a keyword underserved? Is a sub-category dominated by poor listings you could displace? These gaps are your entry points.

The Output: A Go/No-Go Decision Grounded in Data. After this analysis, you should know whether to enter, which 5–8 SKUs to prioritise, what price point to target, how many reviews you'll need to be competitive, and what your realistic advertising spend looks like in the first 90 days. That's not guessing — that's intelligence. Available to any brand willing to invest the time in finding it.
